Our pillows are comfort products. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have questions about sleep position or health during pregnancy, please speak to your doctor or midwife. Product photos are for illustration; colours and textures may look slightly different on your screen.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order, for example if a pricing error occurs. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
